April 2016 Lake Lanier Fishing Report Striper fishing on Lake Lanier is getting better and better as the weather does the same.  Lake temps are still in the low to mid 50’s depending on whether you are in the backs of the creeks or on the main lake.  We have caught stripers and huge spots

February Lake Lanier Fishing Report February can be an interesting month on Lake Lanier.  The weather has been mild, so we are still in the upper 40’s for water temperatures all over the lake.  The rain we have gotten over the past few weeks have been great for the lake level (currently 6.79 feet down),

December 2015 Lake Lanier Fishing Report Happy Holidays!  Lake Lanier is low (currently over 14 1/2 feet down) but still accessible and the fishing keeps getting better.  Water temps are in the mid 50’s and that has the bait moving to the backs of the main creeks.  The stripers are on the move as well.
